Andorra 0-5 England: Jack Grealish and Ben Chilwell score the Lions' first three goals in a five-star performance

England took another step towards qualifying for the World Cup in Qatar while sailing towards victory over Andorra.

Gareth Southgate sent a second team largely against the Minnows and those who were given the chance took them, Ben Chilwell opened the scoring with his first Three Lions goal.

The Chelsea full-back, called late to the squad to replace Reece James after his injury, finished off a good play after Jadon Sancho's play, which was topped off by a great ball from Phil Foden.

Foden was making things happen at all times and claimed an assist with a spectacular ball over the top in the bathroom from Bukayo Saka, who shot on goal from the near post.

England were in full control and did so three before the hour when Sancho found Tammy Abraham with a cross from the left and the Roma forward scored his first goal for England since November 2019.

Southgate sent Mason Mount and Jack Grealish looking to extend England's lead with the latter quickly winning a penalty after being brought down by Jesus Rubio. James Ward-Prowse stepped forward to take the penalty and saw that he was saved, but the blush was saved by going on and shooting from the goalkeeper's save.

Having won the penalty for the fourth, Grealish soon scored his own goal, Manchester City's first in the England jersey. Sam Johnstone will claim a wonderful assist after sending Grealish into halftime with a perfect one-inch shot before the attacking midfielder took the lead and found the back of the net with a slight deflection.
